Located in the vintage 1941 White Tower Diner on East Fifth Street, Smokin Bar-B-Que is a snug take-out joint with late-night hours dishing up Texas-style BBQ ribs, brisket, and chicken. While the late-night hours have had to be put on hold temporarily, serving up authentic Texas-style slow hickory smoked bar-b-que and a wide variety of southern style sides has not.
